1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses a website, product or service operated by Grandfield Media Private Limited, including anyone who publishes content through our platforms. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content

- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or violence against any person or group;

- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or privacy rights;
- is deceptive, including impersonation, phishing pages, fake shops, fraudulent investment or earnings claims, and counterfeit goods;
- promotes goods or services that are illegal or age-restricted where sold, including unlicensed pharmaceuticals, controlled substances, weapons, or unlicensed gambling;
- discloses another person's private information without their consent;
- contains malware, exploits or anything designed to damage a system or its data.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data, whether ours or a third party's.
- Probing, scanning or testing the security of our systems without our written permission.
- Interfering with service to any user or network, including denial-of-service attacks and deliberate overloading.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages, or using our services to support a spam operation elsewhere.
- Scraping, crawling or harvesting our sites at a rate or scale that degrades them, or in breach of a published restriction.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or copying our software except where the law expressly allows it.
- Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing a product without our written permission.
- Using our services or their output to train a machine learning model without our written permission.
- Circumventing usage limits, payment, authentication or any technical restriction.
- Using another person's payment method, or transacting with stolen or fraudulent payment credentials.
4. Your responsibility for your content
You are responsible for everything published through your account, including content added by anyone you give access to. You must have the rights to everything you upload, and you must comply with the law wherever your site or content is available.
5. How we enforce this policy
Depending on the seriousness of a breach, we may:
- ask you to correct the problem within a stated time;
- remove or disable the specific content;
- suspend the account or service;
- terminate the account, without refund where the breach caused the termination;
- report the matter to law enforcement where the law requires it or where there is a risk to someone's safety.
Wherever it is safe and lawful to do so, we contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. In cases involving child safety, imminent harm, active fraud or a legal order, we act immediately.
6. Reporting abuse
To report content or behaviour that breaches this policy, email contact@grandfieldmedia.com with the word "Abuse" in the subject line. Please include the URL, a description of the problem, and your contact details. We acknowledge every report within one business day and investigate promptly. Reports involving child safety or imminent harm are handled immediately on receipt.

7. Changes
We may update this policy as new kinds of abuse appear. The current version is always on this page.
