1. Who we are
GrandFieldAgency is a trading name of Grandfield Media Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U85499TS2026PTC221225) with its registered office at Plot No. 93, Koundinya Nagar, Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana 500076, India. In these terms "we", "us" and "the agency" mean Grandfield Media Private Limited. Every contract, invoice and payment is with Grandfield Media Private Limited.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to every project we undertake for a client and to the use of this website. A written quote we issue for a specific project forms part of the contract for that project. Where a quote and these terms differ, the quote applies to that project.
3. Our services
We provide four kinds of service: ecommerce store listings and management (product upload and variants, catalogue fixes, inventory and pricing updates, order and return processing in your dashboards, template-based customer enquiry replies, invoice and transaction entry, reports and competitor research); website building and maintenance (small business websites, landing pages, content upload, WordPress support, migration, updates, quality checks and maintenance); business setup services (Google Business Profile, Shopify and WooCommerce store setup, marketplace seller listings, business email and domain setup); and data entry and cleanup (spreadsheet and data entry, document conversion, data cleaning, verification, CRM updates, file organization, transcription and data annotation). The current catalogue is published on our services page. We do not provide services outside it unless a quote expressly says so. Setup services configure accounts and platforms that you own, in your name; we never hold your payment-provider or marketplace funds, and order or refund actions are taken only inside your own accounts under your written procedure.
4. Quotes and starting work
Every project begins with a written quote that states the scope, price, delivery date and any assumptions. Work starts only after you approve the quote in writing (email is sufficient). Anything not described in the quote is out of scope and, if you want it, will be quoted separately.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying the source material, access and instructions the quote depends on, for confirming that you have the right to give us that material, and for reviewing deliverables within the review window. Delays in supplying material move the delivery date by the same period.
6. Pricing, payment and taxes
Prices are stated in the quote, in Indian rupees or US dollars as agreed. Applicable taxes, including GST where it applies, are added as required by Indian law and shown on the invoice. Payment terms are stated on the quote; unless the quote says otherwise, larger projects are invoiced in stages and small projects on delivery. We use licensed payment providers and bank transfer; we never store card details.
7. Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are provided as described in the quote, normally through a shared cloud folder or, for websites, by going live on your domain. You have a review window, stated in the quote and never shorter than five business days, to raise corrections. Corrections needed to bring a deliverable in line with the agreed scope are made at no charge. If no corrections are raised within the review window the deliverable is accepted. Our delivery policy has more detail.
8. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Either party may cancel a project by written notice. You pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation; any advance payment beyond that is refunded. Full details are in our cancellation policy and refund policy.
9. Confidentiality and your data
We treat all client material as confidential, use it only to carry out the project, restrict access to the people assigned to it, and delete working copies on request or within ninety days of project completion. Shared credentials are held in a password manager and revoked at the end of the project. Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled. We will sign a reasonable non-disclosure agreement on request.
10. Intellectual property
Material you supply remains yours. On full payment, the deliverables we create for you (entered data, converted files, website designs and content written for you) become yours. We retain the right to use general know-how, tools and templates that are not specific to you, and to name you as a client unless you ask us not to. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, themes, plugins) are subject to their own licences, which we will identify in the quote.
11. Accuracy and verification
Every deliverable is checked by a second person against the source before delivery. Where the source is unclear or incomplete we list the item as unresolved rather than guess. We do not warrant the accuracy of the source material you supply, and we are not responsible for errors that originate in it.
12. Third-party services
Websites and data work often depend on third parties: domain registrars, hosting providers, e-commerce platforms, CRMs and payment providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control. We will tell you which third parties a project relies on.
13. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated in these terms or a quote, services are provided without other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data that you did not keep a copy of.
14. Termination
We may suspend or end a project if you breach these terms, if payment is overdue, if we are required to by law, or if continuing would require us to do something unlawful or contrary to our acceptable use policy. You will be invoiced for work completed to that point.
15. Use of this website
You may browse this website and contact us through it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under applicable consumer law to bring a claim elsewhere.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you approve a quote applies to that project. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
