1. Nothing physical
Grandfield Media Private Limited provides services only. We do not sell, stock or dispatch physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, carriers or tracking numbers. Original documents you send us for digitization are returned or destroyed as you instruct, at your cost if courier is needed.
2. Data, document and ecommerce projects
Deliverables are placed in a shared cloud folder, either yours or one we create for the project, in the file format agreed in the quote. Each delivery comes with a change log and a list of any items we could not resolve from the source. Large batches are delivered in stages so you can check early.
3. Websites
A website is delivered by going live on your own domain. Before go-live you review it at a private preview address. Domain, hosting and DNS are set up in your name where possible, and login details are handed to you at delivery.
4. Delivery dates
The delivery date is stated in the quote and runs from the day we receive the source material, access and approvals the quote depends on. If those arrive late, the date moves by the same period. If we expect to miss a date for reasons of our own, we tell you before it passes.
5. Review window
Every delivery has a review window, stated in the quote and never shorter than five business days, in which you can raise corrections. Corrections within the agreed scope are made at no charge.
6. If delivery fails
If we cannot deliver a project or a stage you have paid for, the payment for that work is refunded under our refund policy.
